His proficiency extends to analyzing businesses and cost benefits, building and maintaining client relationships, accounting for airline revenue, managing sales and revenue, as well as leading teams.

Keith's skills encompass the expertise that is needed to serve in such a broad array of professional roles as he has, such as the Manager of Cargo Systems at Qantas Airways, the Practice Director of Logistics in the Asia Pacific region at Unisys Global Transportation, the Country Manager at Hexaware Technologies Limited, the General Manager at IBS Hong Kong as well as the Regional Head for IBS Hong Kong's South East Asia sector. As Regional Head Keith successfully promoted and heightened IBS awareness as a viable and professional software and services provider to the travel, transport and logistics sectors throughout the region.
